|Has my order shipped?|
|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status. A status of "Processing" means your order is either in queue to be packaged and shipped or in queue for services; "Shipped" means your order has shipped. You should receive tracking information when your order ships; please check the email used when placing your order. Parts orders should ship by next business day. Standard lead time for enclosures with services (drilling, powder coating, and/or UV printing) is two weeks. This time may increase depending on influx of orders.
|How do I change, cancel, or add an item in my order?|
|Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the details of product(s) you wish to change, cancel, or add.
|How do I track my order?|
|You should have received tracking information when your order shipped. Please check the email you used when placing your order. Oftentimes, these tracking emails end up in spam, so be sure to check there too.
|My package is late, lost or damaged.|
|Pedal Parts Plus is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, or damaged packages. You should have received an email with tracking information. Please followup with UPS or USPS, depending on which company you chose to ship your order. If you need to make a claim with USPS, please contact us at email@example.com for more information.
|A package is missing from my shipment.|
|You should have received at least one email with tracking information when your order shipped. Multiple USPS shipments may include multiple tracking emails. Check your tracking information to confirm your packages were delivered, and check near your front door, mailbox, etc. Mail carriers may attempt to hide packages to ward off thievery. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", but you cannot find all of your packages, please contact UPS or USPS customer service for assistance.

|When will my backorder arrive?|
|Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
