We carefully inspect all merchandise for damages before it leaves our facility.
Please open and inspect your complete order within 24 hours of delivery. If anything is damaged, please contact us immediately so we can file the insurance claim. In case of damage, we will need pictures of the damaged merchandise and the shipping box, to provide with the insurance claim. The
insurance company has strict time limits, so any damage not reported during the specified time limit won't be eligible for replacement.
We now offer shipping through UPS and USPS. Our USPS packages leave our facility at 12:00 p.m. Central Time. UPS leaves our facility by 5:00 p.m. Central Time.
Risk Of Loss
In the unlikely event that the Post Office loses your package, we will do our best to assist you with finding it or getting reimbursement. However, we can only reimburse you the amount we recover from the Postal
Service. Insuring your package is the only way to receive reimbursement if the package is lost. Please
email for insurance costs. Also, PLEASE NOTE THAT THE POSTAL SERVICE WILL NOT ALLOW FIRST CLASS ENVELOPES TO BE INSURED
OR HAVE TRACKING NUMBERS. If you want insurance and tracking,
